The current customer

The term Current Customer refers to the customer whose record presently displayed on the H2OS main screen. In this screenshot, BILL JONES is the current customer.

Being aware of the current customer is important because the current customer is the subject of some commands and the contents of some tab pages, such as the Job History page (shown above). Other pages may contain other information about the current customer.

When H2OS is started the current customer is set to the 1st customer (viewing the customers in alphabetic order). At this time you can work with this customer, or use navigation tools to find a different customer in the database. Navigation tools include the SEARCH command, navigation buttons, and a history of previously entered commands that can be selected and re-run. Search words can include telephone numbers.
