A Pages Toolbar is a miniature window that contains icons for one or more tab pages that you wish to have ready access to during H2OS usage. To make a given tab page the current page (on top of the others), simply click it's icon on the Pages Toolbar.
The Pages Toolbar can float on your main screen, or it can be anchored to a fixed position along any of the edges of the H2OS main screen.
The default Pages Toolbar looks like this:

Hovering your mouse over an icon on the toolbar will reveal the name of the page it's related to:

H2OS's use of pages to embody specific tasks and applications provides some major design advantages. One in particular is allowing the operator to select pages from those available into one or more pagesets that will appear on the screen. This modular approach not only gives the operator flexibility in customizing the H2OS screen, it also allows us to add new pages to the system over time which can be fit into existing installations with a minimum of setup activity.
This organization presents a challenge as the number of pages assigned to active pagesets increases: the operator needs an easy way to activate desired pages without having to search for them.
The Pages Toolbar solves this problem by giving the operator a small collection of icons that represent selected pages in a toolbar that can float over the main screen or be anchored to one of it's sides. Single clicking an icon image in the toolbar will cause the page it represents to appear as the topmost page on the screen (even if it requires switching pagesets)
