Note: Online schedule publishing is an extra cost add-on feature.
1. The feature today includes online schedule publishing, but we will extend it to include up to 5 other H2OS reports the customer wishes to publish online. Each report replaces the previous report and each is placed in it's own URL, so the last published report remains available until it's replaced.
2. For this offer, you will need a separate ISP account with our hosting service (which offer the needed features, including MySQL databases, cpanel and other "ways of working" in general that we are setup to use). See this page for details of hosting plans, beginning at $ 6.95/month.
3. We charge a fixed fee of $ 500 to setup an InMotion ISP hosting account to be used for online reporting.
4. Additional services are available on a negotiated price basis.
This procedure may be run at anytime. When run it will replace the last uploaded schedule, and will remain the current schedule until replaced by subsequent upload.
1. On your Setup->Options->Schedule page, assign a report name for your company's use, such as this example:
2. Bring up the Schedule page (ALT-S)
3. Select the schedule to be published (select a time period and optionally a specific employees schedule)
4. Click the Tools button on the Schedule page, and then the Pub (publish) button from the toolbar

5. When the schedule has been published, a message like this will appear.
The schedule can now be viewed online by clicking the "View the published schedule" button or copy/pasting the URL in the message shown here into your Internet browser.
