The UltraVNC server requires installation. Sorry, I didn't get any screen shots of the installation, but mostly just follow on-screen instructions
Once installed, an icon like this will be placed onto your Windows desktop:
Clicking this icon will launch the UltraVNC server. It will not appear on your screen, but will place an icon in your system tray in the lower right hand corner of your Windows screen.
Clicking the server's icon in the system tray will bring up the UltraVNC controls screen. A screen shot of this screen looks like this:
The control settings shown here are those we routinely use, so simply match your controls with these.
