We strongly suggest that, in addition to taking regular backups, that you also send your backups off-site, to protect against the possibility of loss should a catastrophic event such as fire, flood, theft, etc. occur in your office.
The H2OS backup system includes provision for two methods of transferring your backup from your computer to another:
1. Sending the backup as an email attachment
2. Sending the backup to an internet server for storage
You may choose either of these methods, or an alternative. In any case this step is highly recommended.
