First and foremost: H2OS is designed to run with, but not depend, upon the Internet being available 24x7.

Our general attitude about using the Internet is to exploit it's potential on behalf of our customers to the our best of our ability, but never to become dependent on 24x7 availability. With or without the Internet, you have a business to run, and the greatest excuses don't get around this fact.
